While Art & Anne does not accept returns or exchanges on hand-painted artisan jewelry due to the custom nature of the work and hygiene reasons, Andrea is committed to ensuring that her customers are happy with their purchases. If a customer is not satisfied with their order for any reason, they are encouraged to reach out! Andrea will do her best to accommodate your concerns and find a suitable solution. Returns & Exchanges

As the sole artist behind Art & Anne I reserve the right to chose the custom orders I take on, and which one’s I refuse. Please note that I do not take on custom human or animal orders and will only take on custom orders that fit into my schedule and align with the artist that I am and want to be. I reserve the right to take on as many custom orders as I want to and set my own timelines for completion based on my experience. Please note that my turn-around time varies depending on the time of year (Christmas is my busiest season!).

Every artist has a different artistic process. Personally, I will not share progress photos with you as the “middle stages” can be messy and do not represent the final product! I want you to experience the magic of seeing the final product for the first time.

Please note that I will not make any changes to the art piece once it is finished and/or will not re-create for free it once it is finished. I will discuss your vision with you prior to starting your commission and send you a picture of the finished product, but cannot make changes to the paintings once they are set in my jewelry components and sealed with resin. I want my customers to trust me and my artistic process! Please visit my customs portfolio to see the custom orders that I have completed for my customers!

Please note that full payment up-front is required for artisan jewelry custom orders. Partial payments/installments are required for larger custom artworks.

Please note that art is not perfect! Although I often paint custom orders off of your reference photographs, my paintings will be my interpretation of the reference photo and will not be exactly like it or “perfect”. All of the hand-painted jewelry and art is crafted by my-hands and may contain imperfections (i.e., texture, bubbles, paint brush strokes, paint brush bristles, finger prints, etc.). Imperfections make your art pieces unique and really show that the work is one-of-a-kind. Although I will do everything I can to provide you with the highest quality art I can create, I am human and not perfect. I like to say that imperfections make artwork perfect in it’s own way!

Art & Anne can ship world-wide! Andrea has shipped to every province in Canada, some US states, Europe, and all the way to Singapore! Andrea recommends upgrading to tracked shipping at checkout if you would like to track your order as it ships internationally. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We offer $5 standard shipping (via untracked lettermail shipping) on all orders within Canada, with an estimated delivery time of 10-30 business days. For express shipping, an additional fee will apply with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. International shipping is also available, with rates calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and duties may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer. We take great care in packaging our hand-painted artisan jewelry to ensure safe delivery to our customers across the globe.

Lost or Stolen Packages Disclaimer: Art & Anne is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier (Canada Post) for delivery. Customers are encouraged to track their packages and ensure someone is available to receive them to minimize the risk of theft. Please note that if you select the STANDARD SHIPPING OPTION ($5 across Canada), you will NOT recieve a tracking number and will not be able to track the wareabouts of your package. Art & Anne will not be able to track the wareabouts of your package as well because those packages are sent through lettermail (stamp) shipping. In the event of a lost or stolen package, customers are advised to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and investigate the issue further. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Payment Options

Payment is accepted via Stripe. You do not need a Stripe account and can use your credit card with Stripe. If you prefer to pay via e-transfer, over the phone, or through Square Point of Sale digital invoice please contact Andrea via email (artandanne.handmade@gmail.com). Andrea will get back to you as quickly as possible! Online orders will not be shipped until payments are cleared.
